Embracing my procedures includes:
Working with distractions
Staying up late
Spreading myself out
Doing too much at once
Time management (what’s that?)
Not forgetting; kids, work, books, housework, writing, eating, sleeping...perchance to dream.
Recently I have met some lovely, interesting and inspiring people. Strong women on rich life journeys, full of joy and despair, who are reinventing themselves in creative and mindful ways and then sharing their colours with others.
It is a truly wonderful feeling when you find kindred spirits.
Those special people that you connect with immediately and that connect with you too.
People are super interesting when you take the time to scratch under the surface and get to know them. Usually you discover a hidden trove of personality, skills, quirks and humour. In fact, you are probably surrounded by gems. Look a little closer, smile and chat, maybe some of their colours will shine through. We all like to be acknowledged, so be present for those around you.
A big shout out to all my soul sistas. You add sparkle and shine to my days. Thank you for finding as interesting as I find you!
For me, it seems there is not much difference between wondering and wandering. It has always helped me find inspiration. Creative dabbling is good for the soul, I couldn't imagine life without it and often surprise myself by what I come up with.
